Local delivery - by courier

• For orders over BD$100, our courier service is free. For orders between BD$50 and BD$100, there is a BD$10 delivery charge. The minimum value of goods for our courier service is BD$50. The correct cash payment is required on delivery, or in advance. Unless by special arrangement, we cannot accept cheques. Payment in advance can be made by phone using a credit card, but you must first complete the Authorisation Form for Inktech/ 3D Print Caribbean.

• Customers that are unavailable or cannot pay the invoice total by cash will be subject to an additional charge of BD$20.

• Orders accepted before 10:00 am will normally be delivered by 5:00 pm the same day. Orders accepted before 2:30 pm will normally be delivered by noon the following working day. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

• We will make all reasonable efforts to schedule deliveries to suit customers. In general our deliveries are made between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and special instructions can be taken once they are reasonable.

• Customers taking deliveries can return their empties to the driver at no cost, but must have them ready to go and ensure your details are included. The courier is not able to wait beyond the normal time needed to effect the delivery & completion of paperwork.

• Any returns or empties other than handed to the driver at the time of delivery must be sent to Inktech at the customer's expense. Credit will be applied as appropriate once the items have been received and assessed.

Regional deliveries

• Inktech can ship items within the Caribbean.

• The delivery times can vary from country to country. 

• Prices of postage depends on the speed of delivery and destination.. Payment is required in advance. Typical prices for normal parcel post as January 2020 are:

  • English speaking Eastern Caribbean: Up to 1 kg US$10. 

  • Other Caribbean: Up to 1 kg US$20.
