At Inktech we are proud of our product and our 100% satisfaction guarantee. When problems do occur we encourage our customers to contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to talk you through the problem, but if not we will arrange to resolve the issue with as little hassle to you as possible.
Here are the details:
All printer cartridges sold by Inktech or its agents are covered by this Guarantee for 3 months from the invoice date, once they are more than 20% full. All other products and services carry a 1-3 month warranty subject to correct use by the customer.
Where an Inktech cartridge develops a fault during its normal life due to circuit failure, poor print quality, colour contamination, or for any other cause that can be validated, the owner of the cartridge will qualify for compensation through replacement or refund or combination of replacement and refund for an amount equivalent to the remaining life of the cartridge up to the full value of the cartridge. The faulty cartridge must first be returned to Inktech for investigation together with the customer details and information on the complaint. In the case of print quality problems, sample prints that clearly show the problem must be provided. In the case of toner cartridges, a status report showing the level of toner remaining is also required.
Should there be a claim for damage to a printer due to a defective product, Inktech will investigate and if found to be a valid complaint and not caused by poor handling, storage or installation of the cartridge, Inktech will undertake to clean, repair or replace the printer or to compensate the customer at the discretion of Inktech. The limit of any such claim will be $200. All customer details, proof of purchase and information on the complaint as well as the faulty printer and cartridge must be made available for Inktech to carry out an investigation.
